Alexco Resource Corp. is a precious metals exploration company with a silver focus and a growing environmental services business. The company and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Access Mining Consultants Ltd. and Alexco Resource US Corp., provide mine-related environmental consulting services, reclamation and mine closure services, and environmental remediation technologies to both government and industry clients. Alexco's primary exploration objective for the short term is to unlock value at the silver-rich Keno Hill property located in the Yukon.

 

Capstone Mining Corp., formerly known as Sherwood Copper, is a publicly traded Canadian mining company with a primary focus to operate, expand and explore the company's two producing Copper mines: the 100% owned Cozamin copper-silver-zinc-lead mine located in Zacatecas State, Mexico and the 100% owned Minto copper-gold mine in the Yukon, Canada.

 

North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. is the Western World's largest producer of tungsten concentrate, a strategic industrial metal required in a wide variety of products ranging from jet turbine engines and high-speed cutting tools to electronic circuitry and surgical instruments. The Cantung Mine is located in the western Northwest Territories, Canada, approximately 300 km northeast of Watson Lake, Yukon, close to the Yukon border.

 

Selwyn Resources Ltd. is a publicly traded, Canadian base-precious metals exploration and development company. The company's core project is the world-class Selwyn Project, located in eastern Yukon. The project has reactivated the Howard's Pass zinc-lead district, and since 2005 the company has spent over $25 million on exploration, development and environmental programs.

 

Yukon Zinc Corporation is a Canadian base-precious metal exploration and development company advancing its 100% owned Yukon Wolverine zinc-silver project into mine production. Wolverine is expected to be a low cost producer as it contains high-grade zinc and an exceptionally large resource of silver along with gold, copper and lead. Mine production is anticipated for 2010.
